UK national who, before December 31, 2020, have worked or have carried out other business activity in Poland bot did not reside in Poland. If you have worked in Poland by 31 December 2020 and you have kept working in Poland after that date while living elsewhere you may be eligible for a registration certificate for a British frontier worker under the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement.
